Clamp-on Type Ultrasonic flow meter

Model No ::

ATVUK-SFM-RPW

The Clamp-On Type Ultrasonic Flow Meter is an advanced, non-intrusive flow measurement solution designed for accurate, reliable, and maintenance-free monitoring of liquid flow in closed pipes. Using state-of-the-art transit-time ultrasonic technology, this meter delivers precise flow data without the need to cut pipes, stop processes, or risk contamination—making it an ideal choice for industries requiring minimal disruption during installation and operation.

Designed for versatility, the clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter is compatible with a wide range of pipe sizes and materials, including metal, plastic, and composite. It is suitable for clean liquids such as water, oils, chemicals, and other sound-conductive fluids. Available in both portable and fixed-mount versions, it meets the demands of both short-term flow surveys and permanent flow monitoring applications. The meter features a high-resolution digital display, user-friendly interface, and advanced signal processing algorithms to ensure stable and accurate readings, even under challenging conditions such as low flow rates or poor signal transmission.

Many models also offer built-in data logging, multiple output options (such as 4–20 mA, pulse, or RS485), and external communication capabilities for system integration and remote monitoring. Industries including water treatment, HVAC, power generation, chemical processing, oil & gas, food & beverage, and energy management rely on clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters for efficient flow measurement without operational downtime. Whether it’s for temporary diagnostics, system performance monitoring, or long-term process control, this technology offers a powerful combination of accuracy, convenience, and long-term reliability. In summary, the Clamp-On Type Ultrasonic Flow Meter represents a modern and intelligent approach to flow measurement—providing high precision, zero leakage risk, and hassle-free installation, all while preserving the integrity of your piping system.

Understanding Clamp on ultrasonic flow meter

Clamp on ultrasonic flow meter works by transmitting ultrasonic signals between two clamp-on sensors mounted externally on the pipe. The time difference between the upstream and downstream signals is used to calculate the flow velocity of the fluid. This non-contact method eliminates pressure loss, corrosion risk, and mechanical wear, significantly extending the life of the device and reducing operational costs.
